How does wait time work?

Mothership includes a standard 20-minute free wait time window at every pickup and delivery stop on the Carrier Network. After 20 minutes, fees apply: Same-Day LTL at $45 per hour, Same-Day Volume LTL at $45 per hour. Fees compensate carriers fairly for additional time on-site and vary by shipment type.
