Single shipment returns: If a carrier cannot find the consignee on-site, reference the app for the phone number and attempt to call. If the receiver advises waiting, wait time may apply once the shipment shows At Delivery status. The carrier must arrive within the delivery window. Contact Mothership support if the consignee cannot be reached.
